Ethan Jago

Ethan Jago is the Lead Pastor at 5 Bridges. He and his wife, Dianne, have three children: Kaiden, Skye, and Cora. They own and operate Deeply Rooted Magazine. Ethan served in the U.S. Air Force as a SERE Specialist for 16 years until his call into full-time ministry. Following his career in the military, he served as the Young Adults Pastor at Olive Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida. He holds an Associate Degree in Survival Instruction (Community College of the Air Force), a Bachelor of Science in Work Force Education (Southern Illinois University), and a Master of Divinity in Apologetics (Liberty University). Ethan is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry in Theology and Apologetics from Liberty. Ethan feels honored and blessed to serve at 5 Bridges as he seeks to equip its members to grow in their knowledge and love for the Lord, in addition to helping them know why they believe what they believe.

Trey Ethridge

Trey joined 5 Bridges by way of Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN where he previously served two incredibly healthy churches as Student Pastor and Campus Pastor, respectively. He has a Bachelor’s in Christian Leadership from Boyce College and a Master’s in Christian Education from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He desires to see hope restored in the church, the community, and the world through life transforming relationships with Jesus. His biggest ministry heartbeat is equipping parents to win at home by modeling what it means to be faithful disciple-makers of their kids towards Jesus. He has been married to Hailey since 2013 and they have one son (Barrett) and one daughter (Owen). His desire at 5 Bridges is to serve faithfully in a way that honors God, encourages our faith family, our staff, and their families, and to see peoples’ lives be rescued and transferred in relationship with Jesus. Outside of soaking up time with his family, he loves to fly and play bad golf.

Chad Winder

Chad is the Worship Pastor  at 5 Bridges Church. Chad and Natalie grew up in Pennsylvania and both hold degrees in music from Cedarville University. Chad holds a Master of Arts in Worship Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Chad and Natalie have four blessings: Brayden, Marlee, Kai, and Caedmon. They are all happy to be a part of the 5 Bridges Church family and look forward to many years of serving in this place!

Rod Thornton

Rod Thornton serves as Student Pastor here at 5 Bridges Church. He has a passion for teaching the Scriptures and leading others into a deeper love and understanding of God’s word. He and his wife Herrika have 4 children: Brycen, Carson, Edward, and Henley. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Florida State University before being called into ministry. He has since earned a Master’s of Divinity from Liberty University and was ordained into gospel ministry in 2019.

Roberta Bernhardt

Roberta has faithfully served as the Administrative Manager for over six years. Prior to retiring, she worked in and around the hospitality industry using her skills in operations, management, and sales.

After growing up in Detroit, Roberta freely gave up her snow shovel and headed south. For the next thirty years, she called Atlanta, GA home. In 1985 she discovered the beautiful gulf coast beaches in Panama City Beach and moved here permanently in 2014.

Roberta finds joy with family, friends, and her 5 Bridges church family.
