I. GOSPEL PROCLAMATION

We proclaim the gospel of our Sovereign Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

II. BIBLE-BASED

We submit to the Bible as our final authority in all matters of belief and life.

III. LIVE EXPOSITION

We focus on expository preaching to equip the members of the church for the work of ministry.

IV. ELDER LED

Our church is led by a plurality of elders as qualified in 1 Timothy 3, and Titus 1.  

V. Statement of Faith 

We adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, the Cambridge Declaration of 1996, and the New Hampshire Confession of Faith 1853. 

VI. Covenantal Membership 

We are a covenantal church, united in a devotional commitment to one another and to God, and believe in regenerate church membership for those joining our Church body. 

OTHER STATEMENTS WE AFFIRM

Historically and due to the increasing amount of equivocation of terms in the current cultural climate the church must make distinctions and develop positions to add additional clarity on where the church stands on such issues and what the Bible says concerning them. These are statements that 5 Bridges Church affirms and are signers of.
